A smaller but more detailed close up of my druid's face (minus the odd bushy eyebrows, i don't carry those over from WoW canon) and a huge step forward for me! I've been following a lot of the tutorials on drawing people as well as just sitting down and studying just what makes a face. It's helped. ALOT. Up until now I've really been stuck in a rut artistically - spending more time doodling aimlessly rather than trying to learn more about techniques and the like. Not exactly proud of that, but I am hoping to break out of that pattern and really throw myself into learning more about drawing.
my character , Angelina, and this pretty lady were used for reference on the features and shading (i picture ren looking alot like angelina jolie; that woman is kinda my perfect standard of beauty) on top of the tutorials by the amazing sakimichan... all together it took me about 8 straight hours to do and way too many cans of soda but I couldn't be happier
